Maria Becher, M.A. CCC-SLP
Maria completed her bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology at Ferris State University. After working in the nuclear medicine field for a few years, she returned to school to complete her Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology at Wayne State University. Maria has previous experience in both medical and school settings and has serviced individuals from preschool age through geriatrics. Her experience includes the areas of phonological processing disorders, articulation impairments, expressive and receptive language impairments, cognitive impairments, and autism spectrum disorder. Maria also has experience with dysphagia (swallowing impairment). In her free time, Maria enjoys spending time with her extensive family, planning vacations, exploring nature, and reading!
