Bethany Tecson, OTRL
Bethany graduated from Wayne State University with her master’s degree in Occupational Therapy. Her background includes a Bachelor of Health Science, experience leading and organizing worship at her church, volunteering at youth events and Special Olympics. Bethany fell in love with Occupational Therapy at 16 years old, when she met her nephew’s OT, and got to play a hands-on role in teaching him how to use a spoon and fork and completing the home exercises with him. Bethany is very passionate about the pediatric population and helping kids reach their goals and live life to the fullest. She makes it her goal to be an advocate for her patients and she loves to let her creativity bloom in her treatment sessions. She was very excited to join the Kids In Motion team August of 2021. In her free time Bethany enjoys engaging in many different occupations, but some of her favorites include singing, playing guitar, painting (sometimes selling on Etsy), reading, gardening, going antiquing/thrifting with her husband and playing with her two special needs puppies (a Husky and a pug who both had cleft palates).
