Heather Shah, PT

Heather has been a pediatric PT for approximately 18 years, since graduating from the University of Missouri-Columbia.  She has worked in a variety of settings in Missouri, California, Maryland, and Michigan, including schools, outpatient clinics, hospitals, and in homes.  She holds a certification in Pediatric Neuro-Developmental Treatment (C/NDT) and is a Certified KinesioTape Practitioner (CKTP). She also has extensive training in Myofascial Release under the John F. Barnes approach. Heather loves working with children of any diagnoses and ability level. She has great experience with children who have cerebral palsy, multiple impairments, genetic anomalies, and developmental delay. Heather is currently working part-time for Kids in Motion as a school therapist in the Walled Lake School District. Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time with her husband and son, hiking, and practicing yoga.
